At Nérée Jewellery, each creation is carefully handcrafted to order, made especially for you. Because our jewellery is custom-made, all sales are considered final once production has begun. This means items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after your order is confirmed.

Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If, however, your jewel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at design@neree-jewellery.com with your order number and photos of the issue. This will enable us to resolve the matter promptly and find a suitable solution.
