Clic!

This brooch is the result of an engaging workshop led by Daniela Malev. My ambition was to create a brooch where the pins are not permanently attached, so the brooch can be easily changed. This allows various shapes and colours of plexiglass to be temporarily clicked between the steel wires and removed again. This design is ideal for people who find it hard to choose or who like to match their jewellery to their outfit. The semicircular shapes of the steel wire resonate with the circular cavity through which they are attached, harmoniously matching both the oval and round shapes of the plexiglass.
