The "30-Minute Series" is a creative challenge where I push myself to craft conceptual jewellery using everyday household items within a 30-minute timeframe. Upon receiving this empty brooch backing, I was inspired to use the backing itself as the centrepiece rather than merely adding to it. By cutting out a spiralling pattern, I was able to fold the points back, creating a striking 3D effect. To enhance this design, I placed black paper inside, giving the illusion of a deep, dark void.
